Stock!

Chicken carcasses, onion, celery, carrot, radish, bits of mushroom, ginger.
Removing the fat from the chicken stock.
Bacon bones, carrots, celery, a leek, and a radish.

I made a few of these based on this set of instructions. This is the first one I made with some tougher paper - (the old sort I had was really thin, and kept ripping and looking all manky along the fold lines).
